Binding Notes on Usage

To ensure that all parties clearly understand the platform, we have summarized the most important terms and conditions.

What does "development documentation" mean?

Development documentation is a structured collection of observations that parents and educational professionals maintain together. It serves as a basis for development discussions and the planning of individual support measures. The entries are confidential and only visible to authorized persons.

What role do childcare facilities play?

Childcare facilities can offer appointments, share development statuses, and participate in learning programs through the platform. The facility itself decides which information it shares with parents and which remains internal. Approval by the facility can be revoked at any time.

How are individual learning programs created?

Learning programs are created based on documented observations and in consultation with professionals. They contain specific goals, suitable activities, and a time frame. The programs are to be understood as suggestions and are regularly adjusted to the child's development level.

Who has access to the data?

Access is role-based. Parents see their child's data, professionals only see the areas released for them. Data is shared with third parties only with explicit consent. The data is stored on servers in Austria and is subject to the GDPR.

What should be considered when scheduling appointments?

Appointments arranged through the platform are considered binding once both parties have confirmed them. Reminders are sent automatically. In case of cancellation, we ask that you cancel in a timely manner via the platform so that free time slots can be reassigned.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Platform

Answers about documentation, scheduling, and learning programs – explained briefly and clearly.

How do I get started with development documentation?

After registration, you create a profile for your child. The first observations can be recorded directly from the home page. A short guide walks you through the key steps – from the first note to the completed development report.

Can multiple childcare facilities access one profile?

Yes. You decide which facility can see which areas. Educational staff receive their own access and can add observations. Access can be adjusted or revoked at any time.

How does scheduling appointments with the facility work?

Appointment requests are sent directly through the platform. The facility confirms or suggests an alternative time. Reminders are sent automatically by email – keeping coordination transparent and without follow-up questions.

What belongs in an individual learning program?

A learning program combines observations, goals, and suitable activities. You can choose from a template or create your own components. Based on the documentation, the platform suggests appropriate focus areas – such as language, motor skills, or social competence.

Who can view the data?

Only people you have explicitly granted access to. Parents retain control over all access. Facilities only see the areas relevant to collaboration. All data is encrypted and stored on servers in Austria.

Is there support for implementation at the facility?

Yes. We offer a short online training session for teams and provide materials for educational staff. Implementation is typically completed within a week – including a trial phase with one group.
